This is a rugged elk hunt in the Rocky Mountain of Idaho. This area has a lot of game and will test your mental and physical abilities to hunt. The outfitter has an immense repect for its elk herd.
3-6 person tents are set up for sleeping, and one large tent houses the cooking and dining accommodations. All tents are heated with wood stoves to keep the chill out. Guides take hunters out on foot in the morning and again in the early evening. Most hunting takes place within 1-2 miles from camp.
